This week our Cubs visited the Spitfire and Hurricane Memorial Museum at Manston.

A huge well done to Ava, Chloe, Ben, Albie, Sophie, Isabelle, Thomas and Finn who made up our two teams in this years District Quiz and Fizz competition.

A big thank you to the Community Lifesavers who came in over a couple of weeks and covered Emergency Aid with our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers.

This year’s group camp event took place at Grosvenor Hall, Ashford which is an outdoor activity centre.   The event was subsidised from a Co – op Grant we had received during lockdown.  The camp is a great way to strengthen the bonds between the sections of the group and for the first time our new Explorer Unit was able to take part.

Well done to Emilio and Seth who entered the District Cubs Chess Competition tonight.

This term the Cubs and Scouts have been learning about the plight of the homeless.

As part of the Groups 40th Birthday celebrations the Beavers, Cubs & Scouts spent a weekend at Kingswood Activity Centre.
