Cubs Bring A Parent Night

This week the Cubs brought along their Parents to sample a Cub evening.  We had many challenges on offer to support the new badge scheme all in the name of fun.

There were 6 bases including building the Eiffel Tower from Knex, putting up tents blindfolded, team relay challenges, badge quiz, edible rafts and an international quiz.

Although this was a fun evening the emphasis was on team and creative thinking.  All the parents entered into the spirit of it, although it did become a little competitive.

Thank you Parents for supporting us and as a result you have enabled the Cubs to sign off another part of the 2015 Kent Challenge Award and also enabled them to sign off various bits of some of their challenge awards.
