Cubs – Ramsgate FIre Station

The Cubs had an exciting night at Ramsgate fire station. They learnt about the fire service, fire safety and how to call the fire brigade. They then had the opportunity to spray water from a hose, some got to sit in a fire engine and then we got to listen to the sirens.

The evening finished off with Oliver, Hugh, Alex, Hayley, Emily, Harry and Isabelle being invested on the front of the fire engine. We said goodbye to William and Olivia who move on to Scouts after half term.

A fun evening for all that goes towards their community diamond and their local knowledge badge.
